Can you please allow a Selection Behavior to be chosen for StateTree Groups. At the moment in UE5.6, when changing a State into a Group, the Selection Behavior dropdown disappears. This essentially makes groups useless. The tree cannot enter the states within the group and you cannot transition to the group as it does nothing. So you have to either transition to the first state in the group (which can be confusing if the name of the first state is not related to the name of the group for example) or you have to set up a dummy transition rule of the group itself to tell it to transition to the first state. This just makes using groups pointless and it is better just to use states for everything. It also doesn’t align with the tooltips. The tooltip for a State says that it allows tasks and child states. The tooltip for a Group says that it only allows child states, which is perfect, however it doesn’t say that it is functionally useless though and will not enter those child states as it doesn’t have a selection behavior?!?!
One a side note, can we get a StateTree tag for the forums, so we can mark posts like this with it?
