我们目前使用到了 DPU bluefield 3 和对应的 交换机
目前DPU已经按照指南配置完成。

使用ndisplay 或 mediaIO画面传输 在画面接收端都会出现竖装 固定的 黑色条纹。

使用不同的分辨率,或者不同的数据格式 (8Bit RGB 16Bit RGB),黑色的条纹会跟随改变。
如何避免这种情况?

[Image Removed] 在ndisplay下 使用单独一台机器进行内视锥的渲染,通过rivermax 传输给另一台机器,我们同样也会出现类似黑色的条纹 附件是两个渲染节点的日志,cameraNode用来渲染, Node_0 用来接收和显示。

BlueField-3 are not officially supported yet but we are working on it.
For the error you facing it is yet unclear what setting is missing and devs analyzing the logs. I will keep you posted soon, once we have more info on that.
We have resolved this issue, which may be caused by the settings not being sent to the DPU. It has been normal for the past two days, but we have encountered incorrect synchronization and are not sure how to correctly set up RiverMax synchronization in UE5.5.
Could you please advise on how did you solved issue with stripes and what settings was set to fix?
Another question, how did you identify the that problem with stripes, are you using firefly monitor or directly on LED processor?
I will followup on sync settings.

When we used it the next day, we found that the black vertical bar disappeared automatically. We asked nvdia technical support and they said that the problem might be caused by the parameters set on the PC not being synchronized to the DPU. The DPU also needs to be powered off and restarted to be set, so it might be caused by not powering off the DPU.
We used two LEDs to test the synchronization problem. Currently, each LED processor and renderer are connected to the same gnlock source.
We use the synchronization ball to place it on the seam of the screen to confirm whether it is synchronized。

Hello, based on the screenshots, are you running the application in stereoscopic mode? Could you please provide a bit more details about the setup, windows version, drivers version and switchboard settings you run application with? Having a screenshot of the running app in Switchboard could be helpful. Thank you!
We didn’t use stereo mode. After completing the test, everything performed normally. We’ve returned the machines to the supplier. Specific device information isn’t readily available yet, so I’ll review these settings in detail later. Thank you. The biggest issue with this test is heat dissipation. We need to improve the independent cooling of the DPU, otherwise problems may arise during extended operation.
