UE5.3 Metahuman crashing on Dell XPS 8920

Im running UE5.3 on a
windows10 dell XPS 8920 workstation
Intel i7
16Gb ram
intel(R) HD Graphics 630

When I drag a metahuman to the viewport the editor crashes.
I have tried a few characters but the crashing is consistent.

This is very frustrating.
UE5.3 is very fragile and at this point almost unusable for me.
