Did you forget to modify /Script/UnrealEd.CollisionAutomationTestConfigData to /Script/EditorTests.CollisionAutomationTestConfigData?
In 2015, CollisionAutomationTests.cpp belongs to module UnrealEd.
And in Unreal 5.3, it belongs to module EditorTests in plugin EditorTests.
But the configuration in BaseEditor.ini has not been changed to /Script/EditorTests.CollisionAutomationTestConfigData.
