UE5.3.2 Packaging failing

Hi all,

When trying to package my project I am getting the below error, i have searched far and wide and cant get a soloution:

Also when trying to package a bog standard default third person map, without doing anything at all (just loading the new project and package straight away) I get:

“Unable to create pak file”
