UE4 UI will not stay scaled

So I recently discovered that I can scale the UE4 UI by opening the ‘widget reflector’ in the window in ‘Developer Tools’ menu and adjusting the scaling in the top left corner. While I found this really useful, I realized that this setting does not stay after closing the project, even when saving the project beforehand.

I am hoping for a system wide setting that will allow me to keep the scaling of the UI to how I need it without having to adjust this every time I open up a project.

Is there a way to do this, or at least to make the per-project scaling of the UI stick?
