Ue4, ue5 avi or mp4 file error

I have a question. When I used ue4, I connected Avi and mp4 type video to UI, but after upgrading to ue5, there is a problem that the video sound is coming out but the screen is not coming out, does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Try installing the Electra player plugin Media Player won't play MP4. Any ideas?
