UE4 Replication issues

Project link : UE4-Light-Detector-master - Google Drive
Problem : Values of Detector (Blueprint class in StealthMeter folder) are not being sync correctly over the server and clients (Play As Client). When on server false, but on client must be true, it false, or on server true, but on client must be false, it true. Please try to correct it and send me the project again via Google disk (UE4.27 only)

Every client and server must have it’s own RendererTargetTexture
