In my project, I’m trying to recreate Modern Warfare’s Scope where the weapon and the scope is invisible from the scopes POV. the scope is translucent in my game and has a few effects with a stencil mask of 2. The weapon and the optic housing has this code in order to have it turn invisible when optic is in view.
It works on colors like White and Black but for any color in between it starts to look half-transparent and not fully insivibble.
My material is translucent and I would use Masked but SceneTexture.CustomStencil only works in translucent materials.
How can I fix this?
