UE4 Oculus Quest Lighting Issue

I’m working on an Archviz project for the Oculus Quest with the 4.23 preview 8 build. I’m having some troubles with the lighting/rendering on the Quest.

The project looks as it should in the editor with great lighting and shadows. I understand that it has a lower quality on android/oculus quest, but when I run the app on the Quest, all lighting and shadows have disappeared and it almost looks like using the unlit view mode in the editor.

Is there anything I have to change to make lighting work on Android compared to normal windows builds?

I had a problem with general lighting with my Oculus Quest 2 : the light of the screen running on the device was always dark even I adjusted all lights tested in the scene. After searching on line for a couple of days, I found a solution by following this link : Optimize The Hell Out Of Your VR Project Settings UE4 - YouTube.
After that, I get a result like you get what you see on windows preview…
