UE4 Mobile HDR Post Processing Material Black Screen

I found a post processing scan material online and tweaked it slightly to suit my mobile project but the material isn’t working as intended. The material is suppose to start from a specific point (the player) and expand outwards to reveal the environment around the player, however the world just remains completely dark and I’m not sure where the issue lies.

Well i managed to solve the problem in a little unorthodox method, instead of using the material for the post processing i used it as a material element for the level actors and this method produced the desired effect i wanted.
