UE4 loading stuck on 39%

I was working on that Parkour project i saved and i installed some plugins, then i enabled them in the project and as i restarted it the initializing screen its stuck on 39%.

I checked in the task manager and i saw that CPU usage is at 100%, all 'cuz of 2 processes named ShaderCompileWorker, what can i do? And also, i have this problem even when i try to use the VR template so if you know a fix to this plz tell.

Btw if it isn’t possible to fix at least tell me how can i disable all the plugins from outside the editor, maybe that’ll solve the problem.

nvm just shaders had to compile
if you have problem like this its just shaders compiling, don’t panic if you see CPU usage high, its okay its compiling shaders so i think to make it faster while it compiles just leave the pc to rest, so you dont use the CPU more than that.
