[UE4] Light map problem

Hello, i look a solution for my problem in Unreal, i want to create my Mesh but every time the same problem it’s hir !
I have a black shadow or noise in my mesh after de building.

Porblem one, the shadow :

The UV MAPPING (uv channel 0) :

The Light Map UV (uv channel 1) :

The UV it’s my UV.

Increase lightmap resolution on the object receiving the shadow

There is a difference between “Min lightmap resolution” (under submenu LOD0) and “Light Map Resolution” (under submenu static mesh settings)
You have to change “Light Map Resolution”
