UE Launcher doesent work

this error appears when i want to start the unreal Engine.

In the following Thread i describe my system and the bug, i cant start it from a project, because i don´t have one - i´ll never try the unreal engine before, but iam a gamer and a software developer, so i must try this :smiley:

I’m editing this because I was just made aware of [your Forum post][1] and I misunderstood your above description.

The first thing to try is to Verify your install like Adam mentioned [here][2].

If that doesn’t work, I would like to see if it’s the editor or maybe something with the Launcher that is causing your issue. To check this, navigate to the UE4Editor.exe directly and open it.

(Note: Your filepath my differ slightly)

C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\4.8\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor.exe

Problem solved - i start the launcher in debugging mode and view the log File

The Exception was the Teamspeak 3 Overlay Function what i normaly use in games.
