UE freezes when importing static mesh as skeletal mesh

Hello,
When I try to import StaticMesh FBX as SkeletalMesh for ChaosClothSimulation (legacy), UnrealEngine freezes and stops working.
However, when I use Microsoft Remote Desktop from another PC, I can import without any problem.
I am having trouble understanding the cause of the problem, whether it is a problem with my PC or a bug.

I would like to import without any other PC.
I would appreciate it if someone could help me.

Try setting the highlighted area from “all files” to “FBX Skeletal mesh”.
