Summary
In UE 5.8, I am unable to get Lumen Reflections to function unless Lumen Global Illumination is enabled.
It works fine in my 5.7 editor but not in 5.8.
What Type of Bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce
Enable Hardware Ray Tracing
Use Hardware Ray Tracing When Available
Ray Lighting Mode is Hit Lighting or Hit Lighting for Reflections or Surface Cache
Turn off Lumen
Keep lumen reflections enabled
Expected Result
Lumen GI is disabled but the reflections in the scene are still handled by Lumen Reflections
Observed Result
Immediate fallback to Screen Space reflections in all configurations except when Lumen GI is enabled.
