UE 5.4.3 Movable Point Light crashes engine

As mentioned in Title whenever i try to place a PointLight in the scene the Engine instantly crashes, any idea on how to fix it ?

+UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\RHI\Private\PipelineStateCache.cpp] [Line: 419] Shader compilation failures are Fatal.

is the errorcode i am getting

Do you have found any solution? I have similiar problem with my XR project and have been struggling with it for two weeks now

I switched to Vulkan for the time being, DirectX12 does not work in any case whatsoever. i think waiting is the only thing we can do
