UE 5.3 editor optimization/better utilization of PC hardware

I’m pretty new to Unreal Engine, I have experience in Maya and Blender, along with a lot of Adobe’s programs. Those programs often have settings for better utilization of my hardware, for example, the most common being increasing the available RAM the program can use.

My PC specs are:

AMD TR 2990WX 32 cores, 64 threads, w/ stable OC
8x16GB DDR4 (128GB @2667MHz)
RTX 3090 FE w/ stable OC

Wondering if there are any setting within project settings and/or editor preferences, or even else where I don’t know about, I should be enabling or looking into for full utilization of my hardware.

UE rarely utilizes even 10% of my CPU and never utilizes more than 16GB of RAM, yet still stutters and lags when editing textures, lighting, meshes, and sometimes sculpting landscape. I’ve noticed that it’s incredibly GPU focused, which I expected, I’m getting use there and regularly utilizes +60% of my GPU when in the viewport. Though, I still feel like UE isn’t even attempting to use my CPU, and especially not utilizing hardly any of my RAM. Is this just how UE performs, or am I missing something here?
