Hello, i’m a newbie getting into game development and i wanted to try Unreal since it’s one of the best engines out there.
However, i can’t open any project upon installing the 5.3 version. I already did a complete reinstall and the i’m getting the same result: a empty window that i can’t interact with, there’s no GPU usage and the editor simply doesn’t open.
Note: this happens after i choose a project/create a project
I have no plugins installed, it’s a fresh install of UE 5.3.

Hello, it was happening after the project manager would try to load a project.
But i was able to figure out the problem, i needed to reinstall my AMD drivers and then the UE 5.3 would launch (UE 5.2.1 was opening projects without any problems).
Understandable! I’m glad you got it sorted! Would you happen to know which driver version you were on previously? It could assist in diagnosing issues for others in the future! If not, that’s alright!
