EOS errors when opening project in UE 5.3 even though I don't use EOS

Hello, it was happening after the project manager would try to load a project. But i was able to figure out the problem, i needed to reinstall my AMD drivers and then the UE 5.3 would launch (UE 5.2.1 was opening projects without any problems).
