When I’m playing in Editor everything works fine but after packaging and uploading into quest 1 the textures doesn’t work (works bad).
This is the packaging version.
This is the editor versinon. The game must look like this.

I wonder what your material graph looks like for that sand/cliff. (There are certain nodes in Materials that don’t work on mobile/quest)
In editor: If you click on Settings in the upper right → Preview Rendering Level → Android Vulkan (or ES 3_1, but you should probably be targeting Vulkan) Do you also see the textures disappear?
