UE 4.9 DX12 Crash on Navmesh addition

Anytime I go to add a navmesh bounds into the scene while running in DX12 mode it results in a crash with the following crash log.

Trying to open a map with a navmesh already placed in the scene also results in a crash happening.

The same map with a navmesh opens just fine without launching in DX12.

This is on a Nvidia GTX 780 TI card.

This callstack has already been reported and is under investigation. It is entered as UE-20622 in our system.

I have entered this info as alternate reproduction steps. Thank you for reporting it.
