UE 4.26.0 GPU Light mass Crash

Hi everyone
My UE always crash whenever i use gpu light mass calculation on full speed mode.Slow mode works fine. My home pc and my office pc same problem. I’m using RTX 2080 GPU. It’s there anyone faces the same problem as me? thanks.

Also in the final release of 4.26 I get regulary crashes with the same error in conjunction with RTX… At the moment this version is not usable for me…

Try this (to the OP):

  1. Go to power options in “Windows → Advanced Settings”

  2. Open “PCI Express” and select “OFF” under “Link State Power Management”

Generally speaking, you want to avoid Windows detecting a (false) GPU time-out. If my previous comment didn’t work, you may want to try the stuff for preparing your system for using “Movie Render Queue”, specifically the details recommended to change in your Windows registry under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers

Even if you don’t use “Movie Render Queue”, the recommended reg changes will keep your Windows from detecting a false time-out. Follow step 1 in this document:

I have the same issue and just tried this. It didn’t work for me, unfortunately.

Thanks that was it. Changing the Tdr Delay seemed to do it. Thanks so much!
