UE 4.23.1 - RTX Reflections blurry

Greetings,

since the upgrade to 4.23, and now to 4.23.1, i am facing some blurry or not so sharp and clear reflections with materials, that should create absolutely clear reflections (roughness = zero). With pathtracing, the reflections are sharp, but with raytracing not. And it is working properly in 4.22. Anyone else having this issue?
