In the bug report it said:
Specular highlights can disappear with clearcoat materials, when “Clear Coat Enable Second Normal” is enabled (“r.ClearCoatNormal”).
but Anisotropy doesn’t work on nanite event r.ClearCoatNormal = 0, I try to use a really simple material on UE 5.3 on a cube and when I activate “nanite” even with the “Explicit tangent” it do noting
