Every Time I try and open UE 1.18.2 It starts opening the project browser but only loads it to 45% then stops. I have the latest version of Windows 10 and Have all the necessary Drives. Why won’t it work?

Did you try waiting a while?
Have you tried rebuilding from source? Right click on the uproject file and generate a new solution file. Then opening the solution in Visual Studio and build?
