UCameraComponent scene capture 2D?

I’m working with VR and need to use the spectator viewing screen. The spectator view uses a render target or material. What I want to render to the spectator view however is highly dependent on functionality of the cine camera actor (ie. focal length, aperture, film-back, lens settings, etc) all things that are not a part of a typical Scene Capture Component 2D. The view will be dynamic and cannot be rendered out to a movie then replayed to a texture. How can I use the output of the Cine Camera as a texture or as the spectator view?
