Summary
Two of my islands were removed from every Discover genre ranking, with no sanction, no Creator Portal notification, no email and no pre-check warning when publishing.
- 4392-0499-9877 (TEACH MY LITTLE SISTER HOW TO DRIVE): first published Oct 21, 18:36 UTC. Ranked in Sports & Racing (#104 on Oct 24, 04:00 UTC), absent from all 13 genre rankings since Oct 24, 05:00 UTC, while still getting ~450 players a day.
- 4162-8602-1507 (KEEP IT UP!): first published Oct 7, 17:57 UTC. Ranked in Deathrun & Platformer (#165 on Oct 10, 04:00 UTC), absent since Oct 10, 05:00 UTC. I later changed its genre to Strategy in a new release, but the change never applied.
Both were removed about 58 hours after their first publish, at the same hour (05:00 UTC). Islands with almost no players are still ranked (e.g. #4817 of 4826 in Sports & Racing), so this is not about performance. My 6 other islands on the same account are ranked normally.

Steps to Reproduce
- Publish a new island (e.g. 4392-0499-9877, first published Oct 21, 18:36 UTC).
- The island appears in its genre ranking (ecosystem API: /ecosystem/v1/genres/sports-racing/rankings) and climbs normally.
- About 58 hours after the first publish, at 05:00 UTC, check the genre rankings again: the island is missing from all 13 genres.
- Publish a new release with a different genre: the genre change is not applied and the island stays out of every ranking.
Expected Result
The island stays in its genre ranking like my other islands, or, if it was removed on purpose, I get a Creator Portal notification explaining why and what to fix. A genre change in a new release should be applied.
Observed Result
Both islands disappeared from every genre ranking at 05:00 UTC, about 58 h after their first publish (TEACH MY LITTLE SISTER HOW TO DRIVE on Oct 24, KEEP IT UP! on Oct 10). They are still playable and get players, but they are absent from all 13 genre rankings, while islands with almost no players are still ranked (#4817 of 4826 in Sports & Racing). No sanction, no notification, no email, no pre-check warning. On KEEP IT UP! the genre change to Strategy was never applied.
