I’m trying to download Megascans from my Quixel/Fab account inside Twinmotion, but it keeps asking me to accept “Go Unlimited” and gets stuck there. If I click anything else, it just opens a blank page.
I already have assets in my library, but they don’t show up in Epic Games or as downloadable inside Twinmotion.
I am trying to download Megascans From Quixel inside Unreal Engine and its keep asking to “Go unlimited” andd redirect me to fab page. i already have assests in my library.
I’m stuck in the exact same issue. It’s been a while, already contacted through that form and still nothing. Any updates? Are there no other workarounds? I’m also still waiting for a refund for all the Epic Points that I had accumulated through subscription…
This forum thread pertains to a Twinmotion login loop that has been fixed, while the issue reported in your support ticket is specific to Quixel Bridge.
Additionally, we couldn’t find any support ticket about a refund request. Please note that the deadline for converting leftover paid points was February 19, 2025, as mentioned in this forum post.
Quixel support has responded to your ticket, so feel free to reach out there if you have any further questions or need assistance.
You can continue to access MetaHuman assets through Bridge, regardless of when they were created. There are no changes to this process at present, and it continues to work as described in the MetaHuman documentation.
I see, so in that case, what is the meaning of this message? I’m in UE5.5. This is what appears in my latest Bridge standalone app. Inside Unreal I cannot sign in Quixel plugin, therefore cannot access my MetaHumans assets. Because they cannot connect to each other. Because you know, If I don’t put my user, the plugin cannot know which user to connect to and therefore extract said MH creations.
Please note that Quixel Bridge application does not export to Unreal Engine 5. We are actively working on diagnosing your Login Issue for the Bridge plugin.
Please get back to us via the support ticket.
