Twitching rendering bug with destructibles

This is what happens when I significantly scale a destructible at runtime. As you can see the PIE is paused yet it still does this rendering glitch (it is also doing it at play). You can see the actor actor setup at the right. (The green part is another actor attached to the Planet Center Arrow component at runtime.) The destructible has not been damaged there nor is it simulating physics.

So would you be able to give me a simple test project so I can reproduce this on my end?
