Twinmotion Panorama Set Export Fails

I bought a seat ($455 USD) for TM yesterday to be able to get access to the TM cloud for exporting PANORAMA SETS.

However, when I try to export a panorama set, after the export progress bar is full, I get the error message: ‘Export Failed!’

I Have tried to render the panos in 8K, 6K and 4K resolution, always the same error.

What am I missing? I’m working on a Mac Studio

For a very brief moment, after the render progress bar is full, I see a window popping up saying: ‘Talking to Server’.

Then I immediately get the error message.

It doesn’t matter how many panos are in the set either.

Am I the only one with this issue?

Re-Installed TM and the epic installer without success… :frowning:

It may be that a firewall or antivirus is blocking the connection to the server.

To investigate further, try sending a simple panorama. When the error occurs:

  1. Go to:
    C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Twinmotion\Saved\Logs

  2. Open the most recent log file.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and copy-paste the last lines, which should contain the error message.

This might help us understand what issue the software is encountering.

I’m working on MacOS. No firewall or antivirus, VPN or alike.

I can’t find a folder named ‘logs’ in my TM installation folder.

I found the log files on Mac described at the link here:

The last two lines from the cef3.log file:

[2400:16899:0107/134918.754493:ERROR:ssl_client_socket_impl.cc(882)] handshake failed; returned -1, SSL error code 1, net_error -100

From the Twinmotion.log file:

The support solved the problem. I didn’t have had the purchased seat assigned.

Thank you for contacting Twinmotion Support.

Reviewing your Epic Games account, I see that you will have recently purchased a Twinmotion subscription however it has not yet been applied to your Epic Games account.

After purchase, the seat subscription will need to be assigned to the intended user in the Developer Portal. Sign in to your Organization in the Developer Portal here and navigate to Epic tools > Twinmotion > Seats to assign the seat: https://dev.epicgames.com/portal

Once the seat is assigned, please try the Panorama Set upload again as this should allow the upload to be completed.
