Twinmotion keeps failing to export video and makes a 1kb file without giving any error I searched the logs and this is the error it gives

My issue was because I was using the windows insider build and reinstalling and using the normal windows build solved my issue

Hey, but it looks like I am not using an insider edition, this is my version that I am using. Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 Installed on ‎15/‎09/‎2024 OS build 26100.1742 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.18.0 The issue has been driving me nuts, coz we just bought 2 new workstations with the exact same specs are we are facing the same issue on both systems, when the entire point of buying them was to render videos and images from Twinmotion.

Did you do the windows installation yourself?

I thinkl it came along with the system, since we bought the whole thing preconfigured from HP as a workstation.
