I opened a new file, added a new image on the Media panel, and hit export, I selected the location, then pops up "Estimated time left computing" and nothing happens.
I tried EXACTLY the same thing on my laptop and it worked fine.
I've tried changing settings like the image format or the quality, but nothing changes...
This might be caused by an error with the configuration files. Please try following the steps in the Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article to reset Twinmotion's configuration.
IF the issue still occurs, please submit a bug report here so our support team can investigate further. When submitting your bug report, please take a screen recording of the export process so we can see exactly what is going and try to figure out what might be going wrong.
I followed the steps but unfortunately I couldn't fix the problem.
I've sent a bug report, however, I just attached an image with the "Estimated time left computing" pop-up. There is not much to show, basically the program is not rendering or exporting/creating an image.
Hopefully, someone can find the problem...
TM 2020.2 is installed too (had been installed a year ago). I wonder if that might be causing issues..?
We found that this particular issue was caused by an antivirus program blocking the exported images from being saved. You can try either disabling your antivirus during the export process, or whitelisting or unblocking Twinmotion in your antivirus settings.
