Twinmotion-Beginner: How to avoid Flickering in Animations and how to turn on Emissive Materials? (Pathtracer)

Hello Forum,
coming from Lumion and Enscape, I did first testings with Twinmotion. I´m very happy overall, but I have two big Issues. After rendering some nice Stills, I rendered a short Animation, but a lot of Stuff is flickering, although everything rendered on “high” (Pathtracer) and Refinements on “high”.
Also, the emissive Material is not emissive.

I loaded this test-rendering-animation on to my Youtube-Channel. Can you please take a look?
(the video is “not listed”)

Thanks in advance!
Greetings, Peter

I heard, that twinmotion does not render with denoiser in an animation (with pathtracer). So it is needed to render animations with Lumen.
I did that. But now I have a lot of artefacts in the interior on the floor. I tried a lot of settings, but I could not get rid of the artifacts :expressionless:
I made a shot video:
