i run twinmotion 2024.1 and i dont have problem when releazed 2024.1.1 installed and cant run after that unistalled and now cant install 2024.1 don’t show 2024.1.1 what happens ? anyone have the same problem?

Apologies for these issues. There was an issue with the Twinmotion 2024.1.1 build in the Epic Games Launcher, so we have rolled back to the 2024.1 version.
For anyone who had the 2024.1.1 build installed and is encountering crashes, please uninstall this version of Twinmotion and contact support by submitting a case at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page for further instructions.
cant install 2024.1 !!! after that . the installer start and after 5 sec stop reinstall epic launcher no luck
I have the same issue. I was going to update to 2024.1.1 and there was an error, then i uninstalled 2024.1 and now I cant re-install again.

We reverted the version available on the Epic Games Launcher back to the original 2024.1 version and it should be installable again on Windows.
For anyone on Mac, we are working to restore the Mac version, as well.
UPDATE: The Mac version should be downloadable again now.

Hi Team, same problem here. TM 224.1.1 crashing on launch every time. I’d like to roll back to 2024.1.
I’ve uninstalled TM and even downloaded a fresh Epic Games Launcher and when I go to the TM tab to re-install, I don’t get the option of 2024.1.
I get;
2024.1.1
2023.2.4
2023.2.3
How do I get the option of 2024.1?

I would Suggest trying This solution from another thread, mainly just delete the “twinmotioncontentlibrary” folder and restarting epic games completely.
Yeah, already tried that with no effect whatsoever. Cheers for the suggestion though.
