Twinmotion 2022.2.2/.3 Syncing Revit file overwrites modified textures

I've been working through the rendering of my Revit model using 2022.2.2 up until this point but today I encountered a very interesting problem. For the longest time I could change the material in Twinmotion, make an adjustment/edit the model in Revit, sync the model to Twinmotion and carry on but today when I sync'd the Revit model it overwrote all the textures, deleted all the trees/vegetation and made the Twinmotion rendering look like I hadn't done anything to it. If I close Revit and Twinmotion and only reopen the TM file it will open correctly with all the appropriate detail and textures. If I then open Revit and sync the datasmith file it overwrites everything again. This is the first time this has happened and was working perfectly before. Did I mistakenly enable /disable something? Is this a bug that needs to be fixed?
