Hello, so I recently added a custom HowToPlay png to my TWDU project. When I tried to launch a session, I was given a warning saying that exact image was against content guidelines. This stopped me from being able to launch a session. So I immediately deleted the file from the project. However, the error did not go away and is refusing to go away. I tried opening the project on other computers, I tried launching new sessions, I tried verifying files. Yet I get the error every time. When I click the error, it says this HowToPlay asset is against guidelines but the asset doesn’t exist in the project anymore. So now I’m blocked from being able to launch a session. Anyone know how to fix this?

Steps to Reproduce
Try to launch session, get content moderation warning telling me to remove an asset I already have removed from the project.
Expected Result
I expect if I removed the asset that the warning would go away.
Observed Result
The warning did not go away after removing the bad asset.
The .uasset will no doubt be in the actual project folder still. Go to the project folder on your pc and check where it was if it exists delete it also it could be a potential conflict with the redirectors so on uefn the folder the asset was in right click and click the option to update redirector references sometimes i think it bugs out.
You can right click the folder the asset was in and click the show in explorer option this will take you to the folder on your pc for you to check.
Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately none of it worked. I looked in the project folder and the uasset is not there. I also fixed all redirectors in the project, but it wasn’t being referenced. Still have the warning.
Yea, I’ve searched Outliner and Content and it’s nowhere. It’s not in the project. I can even restore old versions of the game before I even added that asset to the project and the warning won’t go away.
kk someone from epic will need to help you then. Hope it gets sorted for you and maybe reply when you have i fixed with a solution so further people can be assisted with the post
Ok. Hopefully someone can help soon. With the TWDU release date so imminent, this is crucial development time I’m losing due to this issue that is out of my hands.
Thanks, Flak! I was able to fix the issue though. It turns out I had an unrelated texture that was 2048x2048. I resized it to 1024x1024 and the error went away. Unless someone on your end just did something? I believe the issue was that the error message was referencing the wrong asset.
