Turning on "Allow Discontinuous Splines" doesnt update the Affects Landscape setting when working with Water Splines

Summary

I was checking out some settings for River splines in UEFN, and there is an option to allow “discontinuous splines” where you can edit the arrive and leave tangent of the spline points separately without affecting the other. The setting works for the water but it doesnt update the “affects landscape” toggle, so the affects landscape toggle still believes the spline has the “discontinuous splines” setting turned off or is just ignoring it.
