Turning off 'run under one process' in PIE causes server to crash immediately after changes are made to the code

Is anyone else experiencing the server crashing after turning off ‘run under one process’ and saving changes to their C++ code? The command prompt window opens up to start the server but the window closes abruptly with some error Assertion failed: isValid() Sharedpointer.h. I need to restart Unreal Engine to make the crashing stop. How do I fix this?

Same here with 5.2.1, even with additional Launch Parameters

I also get this error on 4.27.2 but when I press play with run under one process shut off while in a multiplayer PIE session.
