Trying to find cause of a periodic hitch in InitViews::ViewVisibility::GetDynamicMeshElements

I’m running into an issue where if I run the game in a standalone session and simply leave it at the opening scene, after a few minutes of waiting, I’ll start to see a periodic hitch every 4:30 seconds, like clockwork. No player action is required - just leave the game on the scene, and after a few minutes, the hitch will appear. CPU profiler indicates that the hitch is happening in InitViews::ViewVisibility::GetDynamicMeshElements - any suggestions on where I should go next to figure out what’s causing it?
