Trees and grass create shadows that glare, create noise and shimmer.

The distant trees start to flicker, creating a glare shadow, which eventually causes the shadow on the grass to flicker.
-I tried turning Lumens on and off. No effect.
-I tried changing Antialiasing. No effect.
-I tried various console commands. No effect.
