I need to create a Arch Viz scene in UE4. However I’m still not really a pro with lighting and materials.
I was thinking of placing a curtain in front of my windows, but I’m not sure if I can get a decent lighting effect on the curtains.
The textile would bleed some light which would scatter through it.
Does anyone know if this is easy to do? Should I create an opacity map with some dots in it? that would represent the textile?
If the thin curtains are too difficult would a more sturdy textile material be easier? it would still bleed some light, especially around the edges.
