Hey guys,
I tried to make a custom material, which is transparent and has a blueish color (for water)
Unfortunately the blending doesn’t work when I apply this material to a static mesh or BSP.
Heres a picture of my material in the Material Editor:
The Object I apply this Material to, only has the Base color and is not transparent.

Try to download these projects from Epic Launcher and check how these shaders with transparency work in your system.

I have the Starter Content in my Project. In the Props Folder are Glass Windows, which are transparent.
When I drag them into the scene they are shown as expected.
So transpareny should work in my project.
And I don’t think my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M Graphics Card is the problem

I just unchecked the Seperate Translucency Checkbox in the Translucency Category.
