Translating Vray Shaders into Unreal Shaders that work with realtime Raytracing

Hello people,
I have the following problem… I have a vray and 3ds Max background and have to reconstruct shaders from vray to unreal. In unreal I would be rendering everything with realtime raytracing, so I cannot use the datasmith shaders. The main problem is that I want a similar control to reflection strenght and glossiness like in vray. If I change the roughness in unreal, this affects both the glossiness and the strenght. This does not help since I want to make a material with very sharp reflections, that are however barely visible.
