The transform gizmo for seemingly no reason keeps disappearing in the editor. I have confirmed the Show Transform Gizmo button is on. I have tried loading the Default Editor settings, I have tried toggling it on and off with “G” key but nothing works. It’s just not appearing for me anymore.

Not sure how to reproduce it just happened suddenly.
Expected Result
I expect the transform gizmo to show up if the Show Transform Gizmo button is turned on.
Observed Result
The transform gizmo is not appearing in the editor anymore for me.
I’m not changing my view at all and I’m not using hotkeys. And I don’t have transparency off. I will just click a few things and it will randomly turn back on and then a few clicks later it will disappear again. There is seemingly no rhyme or reason with it.
Seems like it would be very easy to accidentally press Q and put oneself in that mode without noticing. (Especially if you are using RMB + Q/E to move the camera up and down)
Unless that is the ‘Show Transform Gizmo’ button you’re verifying that is on… then I’m not sure.
Next time you find yourself in the ‘no gizmo’ state, let me know if that was the problem.
I appreciate ya’ll trying to help but it’s none of the issues you mention. Here is a video where you can see that toggling G does nothing, the Show Transform Gizmo button is on, and I cycle through Q, W, E, and R and it doesn’t fix the issue:
Thanks for the video. (I now have clarity on the location of ‘Show Transform Gizmo’ toggle)
Two other things to try:
Eyeball/’Show Flags’ menu (On the right side of the viewport toolbar) → ‘Use Defaults’
Verify files of FN/UEFN on the launcher.

I’ve only messed with .ini files in the context of Unreal Engine (not UEFN), so I’m not sure if everything would be auto re-generated if missing… but if you are completely stuck in a ‘no gizmo’ state, I think selectively deleting some of the .ini files in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\UnrealEditorFortnite\Saved\Config\WindowsEditor is worth a try (back them up incase they don’t get auto-regenerated when relaunching the editor)
