We are very busy at the moment with GDC things, and we have not yet scheduled the World Composition stream. So at the moment, I cannot give you a specific time frame when that stream will be happening. I will be doing some streaming later this week and I can go over some of the basics of Large Worlds etc.

i would love if you can cover or talk about distance views in a world composed level .
i have a little flight sim project to do in the near future and i was wondering if the world composed terrain can help .
the landscape will be made from real world data, heightmap/satellite images
my concern is if the terrain can load/unload portion of the terrain in async and without the player can notice that
as you know in a flight app/game the player is almost always at high altitude with a high range distance view .
any word on this particular case would be very helpfull .

No option to change the brush size and falloff , because those keybinding doesnt exits.

As soon as you paint the Cobblestone layer into any component, since that is the layer that is using displacement, that area will be displaced. You should be able to use the displacement parameter and dial back the effect.

Hello, thanks for creating this video, and my apologies for reviving a dead thread.
I ran into the same thing this other user brought up. While the displacement is a cool feature and looks great with the cobble stone, it completely ruins the appearance of the other layers as I paint my landscape. Is it possible to set up this effect so that the displacement occurs only in the area in which cobblestone is painted?
I appreciate the help in getting me started with landscaping in the first place. Cheers!
