Train Controller and VR Camera

I am using Train Controller in Blueprints - UE Marketplace for a Disney like dark ride VR experience. I am new to Unreal and am unsure how to seat the player in the ride vehicle called an Omnimover? It needs to be setup as a fixed object in the ride vehicle so that as it moves around on the track, the player wearing the HMD when seated and facing forward, faces the front or the Omnimover at all times versus the Omnimover twisting beneath them.

Need a little help to get me started.
