I’m trying to recreate this trail effect (Inserted below) however ribbon trails are entirely 2d and wont face the camera properly, while a mesh particle won’t be as smooth. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Likely best to check with some of the examples given and if need be export emitter and replace it with your own textures…but lots of trails found in the Infinity Blade particles face the camera…Check your “Screen Alignment” in the “Required”…PSA Square with a Ribbon Particle type should do it…
I’ve figured that out, the problem is that Ribbon Particle types is a square. I’m trying to round off the end of the trail, instead of it being a shear edge.
