Summary
Tracker titles and descriptions are not showing or clearing consistently. Sometimes when a tracker is assigned or completed the title and description will remain, even when another tracker has been activated or assigned.
Steps to Reproduce
This may take a number of tries to reproduce as its not consistent. Set up several trackers. As you can see in the video I have one tracker assigned at spawn and each subsequent tracker is assigned when the previous one completes.
Expected Result
When the tracker is assigned the title and description should only show once and should clear once the tracker is complete.

This is currently happening on PC but I’m aware its happening on other platforms also
