Tracker Cannot be change from its previous target value

Summary

In a published map, I needed to update several Tracker devices. They had to be changed from tracking Eliminations to tracking Score. Additionally, the Target Value needed to be increased to a higher number. I created a button to clear the trackers’ persistence and save point as well. However, when this button was pressed, it reset the Tracker’s completion and the target value for the player, but the value remained stuck at 3 instead of changing to 600 as intended. Is there solution to this?

Looking at the save data of a tracker device for FNC using the content service it seems that along with progress it also saves the target value thus making it so anyone who played prior to your change will have the saved target value.

Back when persistence was only on certain devices the way to reset was saving the device in the hotbar, deleting the original and then re-pasting it.
Also While I haven’t tried this I assume running this maybe when a tracker is granted/loaded could help fix the target value of the previous players.

Wishing you good luck, tbf I do agree that more persistence settings/control would be great, although I’d rather have stable persistence settings that’s tested rather than a rushed implementation.
